Valle del Sole

You travel by train to the start of the tour, which begins in Biasca and runs along the right bank of the valley, passing thourgh the villages of Semione and Ludiano with an exceptional view of the ruins of Serravalle Castle and the vineyards, which are very interesting: in Ludiano there are vineyards everywhere, even among the "ganne".

Once you reach the wooden footbridge at Dongio, the music changes and the winding ascent to Corzoneso and Leontica begins. A visit to the Church of Negrentino with its paintings is a must, also because from here the view over the entire valley is fantastic!

Back in the saddle, descend to the plain and ride along the sunny right side of the valley to Aquila. The return journey is planned on the other side of the river, via the old Satro road and the grotti of Dongio.
